- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

The application, along with its original content, features, and functionality, remain the exclusive property of Pearl Session and its licensors. Our trademarks and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pearl Session, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application or services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
